Accurate Personnel is hiring a Maintenance Technician for our facility in Berkeley, Illinois. The role focuses on troubleshooting and repairing complex production machinery, including PLCs, sensors, and actuators, while ensuring safety and quality standards.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma and at least two years in a production/maintenance environment, with strong communication and computer skills to document work and coordinate with teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years in a production environment and maintenance experience.
• Ability to use electrical test equipment.
• Strong communication skills and computer literacy.
• English reading/writing proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, analyze, repair, and maintain electronic and production machinery.
• Work with PLCs and other controllers, motors, sensors and I/O devices.
• Design and implement test procedures for electrical/electronic devices used in control systems.
• Support start-up, maintenance and repair of equipment.
• Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on packaging equipment and conveyance systems.
• Maintain sanitation and safety compliance and training.
