Job summary

Piedmont Augusta Hospital is seeking a facilities maintenance technician for after-hours shifts from 3:30 pm to 12 am. You will perform minor maintenance and repairs across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and equipment, and will troubleshoot the pneumatic tube system while taking on independent responsibility during late hours.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED and a valid driver’s license. No prior experience is required, and adherence to Piedmont’s safety policies is expected.

Perform minor level maintenance and repair work on a wide variety of Medical Center plumbing, electrical, heating, air conditioning, facilities and equipment; troubleshooting pneumatic tube system; perform routine vehicle maintenance and assume independent responsibility for the overall maintenance of assigned Medical Center facilities during other than normal working hours.
