Job summary

Nucor Skyline, part of Nucor, seeks an experienced industrial electrician to support U.S. manufacturing facilities. The role emphasizes AC/DC motors, drives, PLCs, and automated controls with a strong commitment to safety, reliability, and hands-on problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain and troubleshoot industrial electrical systems across plants.
• Operate and service AC/DC motors, VSDs and PLCs to ensure safe, reliable production.
• Adhere to safety policies and housekeeping standards in a fast-paced environment

Compensation Data:

Teammates in this role typically average $68,000-$78,000 a year. This position has a base pay range of $23.36/hour to $27.05/hour. This position qualifies for a weekly production bonus (average is 40% of base).

This is a safety-sensitive position.

Preferred Qualifications:

5 years of experience as an industrial electrician
AC overhead cranes experience
