Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work with heavy equipment.
• Willing to be on call for emergencies after hours.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance duties including light appliance repairs, minor plumbing and carpentry, painting, groundskeeping, janitorial and more.
• Maintain amenity spaces and keep them clean and in good repair.
• Move heavy objects and, when needed, drive maintenance trucks to various locations on the property.
• Report maintenance concerns to management and perform repairs.
• Attend morning staff meetings and communicate daily vendor appointments and required work.
