Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and a good driving record.
• Own or access reliable transportation to community sites.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance duties including light appliance repairs, plumbing and carpentry, painting and janitorial tasks.
• Maintain amenity spaces and grounds, keeping the property clean and safe.
• Coordinate with management on daily vendor appointments and work orders.
• Report maintenance concerns and perform repairs promptly.
• Move heavy objects and potentially drive maintenance trucks on property.
• Monitor inventory and supply levels; participate in other duties as assigned.
