Lineage Logistics, the world’s leading temperature-controlled logistics company, is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to support cold storage operations. You will service building infrastructure, dock and overhead doors, and material handling equipment in a fast-paced environment.

You should troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems, perform preventative maintenance, and keep accurate service records.

Qualifications

• Experience in facility maintenance, MHE repair, or related mechanical fields.
• Familiarity with mechanical systems; basic electrical knowledge preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently.
• Willingness to learn and support multiple maintenance disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building infrastructure, including dock doors and related systems.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues, implementing effective solutions.
• Maintain and troubleshoot material handling equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Identify and resolve mechanical and basic electrical issues within the facility.
• Conduct preventative maintenance to ensure uptime and operational efficiency.
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation of work performed.
