PMI Aspire is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support multiple residential and/or commercial properties in the Longmont, CO area. This mobile role requires hands-on work, self-motivation, and the ability to operate independently while maintaining quality standards.

You will perform general repairs, preventive maintenance, basic plumbing/electrical/HVAC troubleshooting, and respond to work orders promptly. Strong communication and time management are essential for success in this role.

• 1-2 year of Maintenance or Construction background.
• Attention to detail and organized.
• Must be motivated and have reliable transportation (mileage reimbursement may be available).

POSITION SUMMARY:

PMI Aspire is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our property management team. This is a mobile position, responsible for servicing multiple residential and/or commercial properties in the Longmont, CO area. The ideal candidate is experienced, self-motivated, and capable of working independently while maintaining a high standard of quality and professionalism.

As a key part of our maintenance team, you'll be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including general repairs, preventive maintenance, basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC troubleshooting, and responding to work orders in a timely manner. Strong communication and time management skills are essential.
