Job summary

Revlon is seeking a Maintenance Technician II for our Oxford, NC onsite facility. The role operates Sunday-Thursday 10:45pm–7:15am, ensuring production equipment runs smoothly from the factory floor to consumers.

You will troubleshoot, repair, and optimize filling and packaging systems with a focus on safety and GMP compliance. Ideal candidates bring hands-on problem-solving, precision, and a proactive approach to preventive maintenance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 5–10 years in an industrial/manufacturing environment or a two-year technical degree with relevant experience.
• Solid knowledge of filling and assembly equipment, hydraulics, pneumatics, lubrication, welding, and power transmission systems.
• Strong organizational and time management skills; able to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair filling/assembly equipment, conveyors, pumps, and packaging systems.
• Perform root cause analysis to eliminate recurring failures and minimize downtime.
• Operate shop equipment (mills, lathes, saws) and read mechanical schematics.
• Execute mechanical PMs during operation or scheduled downtime.
• Follow GMP, USDA, and all safety regulations; keep clean, orderly work areas.
• Collaborate with team, vendors, and provide guidance as needed.
• Modify equipment and implement system enhancements for continuous improvement.
• Document maintenance records and escalate issues affecting progress.
• Train others and work across plant areas as needed.

• Prevent problems before they start: Execute mechanical PMs during operation or scheduled downtime.

• Collaborate and communicate: Work within a team structure, interface with vendors, and provide guidance when needed.

• Document and report: Complete accurate maintenance records and elevate issues that block progress.
• Flex and adapt: Work across various plant areas and train others as needed.

The base pay range for this position is $32.00 / hour; however base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and geographic location. Certain positions may also be eligible for short-term incentives as part of total compensation.

Employees are covered by the company-paid basic life insurance policy and company-paid short-term disability insurance (the benefit commences upon hire and allows for a portion of base salary for up to 26 weeks if you are disabled). Employees will also receive 3 weeks of vacation, pro‑rated based on date of hire for the 1st year of employment and twelve paid holidays throughout the calendar year. Vacation will depend on role.
