Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and repairs throughout designated buildings.
• Complete electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, and related repairs.
• Respond to and complete assigned work orders promptly.
• Accurately document all work orders within one working day after completion.
• Identify maintenance issues and take appropriate corrective action.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and functional environment.
• Coordinate with coworkers, facility managers, supervisory staff, and residents.
• Respond to special assignments and emergency maintenance needs.
• Perform other duties related to facility maintenance as assigned.
