Job summary
Rock Entertainment Group is seeking a Maintenance Technician Lead to provide technical leadership and daily coordination for the maintenance team. The role ensures safe, reliable operation of equipment and facilities with a focus on safety, training, and process improvement.
The Lead will supervise technicians, plan work orders, assist in scheduling, and support preventive and predictive maintenance to maximize uptime.
Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Associate degree or technical certification preferred.
- 1–3 years of manufacturing maintenance experience preferred.
- Prior leadership/mentoring experience within a maintenance team is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership and coordinate daily maintenance activities.
- Prioritize work orders and schedule maintenance based on production needs.
- Train and mentor Maintenance Technicians on procedures and safety.
- Support preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and automation issues.
- Manage maintenance inventory, parts, tools, and vendor relationships.
- Assist with installations, upgrades, and capital projects.
