Job summary

McDonald’s operates a restaurant in Illinois through an independent franchisee. The Maintenance Person helps keep the interior and exterior areas spotless and ensures equipment operates reliably.

Responsibilities include fryer filtration, grounds upkeep, cleaning of equipment, windows, restrooms, and unloading deliveries. Additional duties involve changing light bulbs, cleaning HVAC/exhaust units, and removing debris from the roof.

Qualifications

• Maintenance personnel assist management in achieving and maintaining outstanding interior and exterior restaurant cleanliness.
• Responsibilities may include daily oil fryer filtration, grounds maintenance, cleaning equipment, windows, stock rooms and restrooms.
• Unload delivery trucks two times a week and manage trash and light bulb changes.
• Clean HVAC/Exhaust units and roof debris.

• Assist with daily restaurant operations and carry out assigned maintenance tasks.
• Support safety and sanitation standards and report any issues to management.
