Job summary

Rehrig Pacific Company in Buckeye, AZ is seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure reliability and operation of our plastic injection molding facility's equipment. You will perform preventive maintenance and respond to mechanical/electrical issues to minimize downtime.

You will inspect injection molding machines, compressors, HVAC, and related systems, troubleshoot using a multimeter, and collaborate with Production and Maintenance Supervisors to keep operations safe and efficient.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or technical training a plus).
• Experience repairing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, or pneumatic systems.
• Knowledge of injection molding, pneumatic conveying, chilled water systems, and grinders.
• Ability to read hydraulic schematics (bonus).
• Self-starter who can work independently and with a team.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair injection molding machines, extrusion equipment, compressors, HVAC, fire suppression systems and more.
• Complete scheduled PM tasks across mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and electronic systems to minimize downtime.
• Support engineering-led projects, kaizen events, and continuous improvement efforts that reduce scrap and increase efficiency.
• Help manage spare parts inventory, assist with building repairs, and coordinate with contractors on upgrades.
• Act fast during outages, performing timely troubleshooting and repairs to keep production moving.
• Partner with Production and Maintenance Supervisors to keep operations safe, smooth, and efficient.
