Job summary

Niagara is seeking a Maintenance Technician - Injection to support production lines including injection molders, blow molders, fillers, and conveyors. You will troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems, diagnose issues and perform repairs to maintain continuous operations.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in maintenance, can read schematics, use precision tools, and work independently while following strict safety protocols on the plant floor.

Qualifications

• 4 years of experience in field or similar maintenance environment
• 4+ years in maintenance position
• Experience managing people or projects
• Experience reading schematics: electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic
• Proficient with Word, Excel and Outlook
• Own toolbox and basic tools

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems using schematics and testing equipment
• Repair equipment, fixtures, systems, conveyors and other facility equipment
• Modify, lubricate, diagnose and operate equipment per Niagara processes
• Maintain industrial control systems
• Work independently and with others to complete repairs safely and promptly
• May fill in for production operator as needed
• Create and report repairs and document parts usage
• Follow plant safety rules and PPE requirements
• Regular attendance as essential for uptime of equipment and facility
