Qualifications

• Able to read equipment manuals and schematics.
• Lift up to 50 lbs and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on production machinery, equipment, and building systems.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues.
• Complete scheduled preventive maintenance.
• Repair and maintain doors, lighting, flooring, and basic structural components.
• Assist with equipment installation, setup, relocation, and adjustments.
• Monitor facility utilities, including air, water, electrical/lighting, and refrigeration systems as applicable.
• Respond quickly to maintenance requests to help minimize production downtime.
• Maintain clean, organized tools, equipment, and maintenance areas.
• Keep accurate maintenance and repair records.
• Identify and report safety concerns or equipment issues to management.
• Follow all safety policies, procedures, and PPE requirements.
• Maintain a high standard of workmanship and quality.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3–4 years of maintenance experience in manufacturing, industrial, food production, or a similar environment .
• Working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot problems and determine appropriate repairs.
• Ability to read and understand equipment manuals, schematics, and work instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks.
• Dependable, safety-minded, and willing to be hands-on.
• Must be 18 years of or older.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Must be able lift and manipulate up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks required of the position.

Work Environment

• Combination of indoor and outdoor work.
• Exposure to varying temperatures and weather conditions.
• Regular exposure to noise, moving machinery, and production activity.
• Appropriate PPE must be worn as required.

Schedule

Full-Time | Monday–Friday

Some Saturdays, special projects, emergency repairs, or after-hours work may be required based on production needs.
