Job summary

Church & Dwight in York, PA is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic – D shift (Weekend Days) to maintain facility equipment and production lines. The base pay is $37.43 an hour, with a $1.25/hour shift differential, and weekend hours Thu-Fri and Sat-Sun.

Under general supervision, you will perform troubleshooting, preventative and predictive maintenance, run tests on pneumatic, hydraulic and electrical systems, and support Lean/TPM initiatives while upholding safety and GMP practices.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; 3–5 years maintenance in a fast-paced lean manufacturing environment.
• Experience with CMMS, SAP, and PLC controls.
• CPG industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promote safety culture and adherence to plant policies.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on high-speed production lines.
• Troubleshoot equipment, perform setup/changeovers, and coordinate repair work.
• Maintain packaging and processing equipment and support tech line operators.
• Utilize CMMS for work orders and improvement projects.
