• High School Diploma or equivalent; technical training or vocational certifications preferred.
• Experience with commercial building maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret operating manuals, blueprints, and work orders.
• Proficiency with hand tools, basic mechanical, plumbing, and electrical repairs.
• Ability to safely operate forklifts, lifts, and other equipment after proper training and certification.
