TreeHouse Foods in Lancaster, PA is seeking a Maintenance Tech III to support the plant's maintenance team. This role focuses on driving performance improvements, executing repairs and preventive maintenance on electro/mechanical systems.

You will work a fixed 12-hour schedule, be on your feet, and participate in weekend rotations. The position offers competitive pay and benefits, with a strong emphasis on safety, teamwork, and hands-on problem solving.

Qualifications

• Perform repairs, improvements, rebuilds and shop projects as needed.
• Complete multi-skill tasks including wiring, rigging and replacing plant components.
• Execute predictive maintenance and PM routes with lubrication and inspections.

Responsibilities

• Provide skill to execute repairs, improvements, rebuilds, and shop projects.
• Complete multi-skill work on conveyors, fans and electro/mechanical assemblies.
• Perform preventive maintenance including lubrication, ultrasonic and vibration checks.
• Follow a fixed 12-hour shift, every other weekend requirement.
