Job summary

TreeHouse Foods in Lancaster, PA is seeking a Maintenance Tech III to support the plant's maintenance team. This role focuses on driving performance improvements, executing repairs and preventive maintenance on electro/mechanical systems.

You will work a fixed 12-hour schedule, be on your feet, and participate in weekend rotations. The position offers competitive pay and benefits, with a strong emphasis on safety, teamwork, and hands-on problem solving.

Qualifications

• Perform repairs, improvements, rebuilds and shop projects as needed.
• Complete multi-skill tasks including wiring, rigging and replacing plant components.
• Execute predictive maintenance and PM routes with lubrication and inspections.

About the Role:

The Maintenance Technician III role at the Lancaster PA location provides support to the Maintenance team, driving and supporting key initiatives to improve performance throughout the plant. You'll add value to this role by performing various functions including, but not limited to:

• Provide skill to execute, Repairs, improvements, rebuilds, and shop projects as needed
• Complete multi-skill work including but not limited to, wiring, rigging, and replacement of Circulation fans, mesh belt conveyors, and various other electro/mechanical assemblies around the facility as required
• Complete predictive preventative, lubrication, inspection, Preventive Maintenance (PM) routes as assigned. (Ultrasonic, Vibration, Lubrication)
• Be able to lift 50 lbs., and work on your feet
• Fixed, 12-hour schedule, every other weekend required
