Job summary

Cosm is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to oversee the maintenance and repair of assigned buildings, equipment, and grounds, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC systems, and related infrastructure. You will evaluate problematic systems, coordinate preventive and corrective work, supervise maintenance vendors and in-house staff, and ensure safe, clean operations while documenting repairs daily.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3–5 years related experience and/or training.
• Experience with electrical trade or construction trades.
• Advanced skill with hand, power, and specialty tools; experience with lifts.
• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and carpentry work.
• Ability to monitor maintenance and supervise others.

Responsibilities

• Performs preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance and cleaning of manufacturing equipment.
• Maintains, troubleshoots and repairs equipment and systems.
• Performs light carpentry and refinishing tasks as needed.
• Assists in repairs of venue infrastructure and equipment.
• Documents all repairs and work daily, identifies areas for improvement.
• Works safely, maintains a clean work environment, and complies with rules.
