Job summary

Cosm is seeking a Maintenance Technician to oversee maintenance and repair of buildings, equipment, and grounds. Responsibilities include electrical, plumbing, HVAC work, and coordinating contracted maintenance projects to keep facilities running smoothly.

The role requires 2–3 years of related experience, strong problem-solving and safety awareness, plus ability to work with hand and power tools to support a memorable guest experience.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years related experience and/or training.
• Experience performing light maintenance and janitorial work.
• Experience with electrical trade or other construction-related trades.
• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and carpentry work (e.g., drywall, framework).
• Ability to monitor preventative maintenance and ongoing upkeep.

Responsibilities

• Bring the Pillars of Service to life through interactions with fans and team members.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical equipment with a service-oriented approach.
• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair manufacturing/test equipment to support operations.
• Perform light carpentry and refinishing to enhance venue environment.
• Assist in repairs and upkeep of furniture and facility surfaces.
• Document repairs daily and identify improvement opportunities with a proactive mindset.
• Work safely and keep a clean, organized workspace in compliance with procedures.
