Job summary

Rockline Industries, Inc. is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to conduct troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance on site.

The role requires reading blueprints, operating EAM software, and adhering to OSHA safety standards in a fast-paced production environment. The incumbent will work with the Equipment Planner and CI Technician, complete rebuilds, and contribute to process improvements while maintaining a safe, clean facility and supporting continuous improvement

Qualifications

Must possess a high school diploma.
Minimum 3 years mechanical background or equivalent education/experience.
Intermediate experience maintaining/troubleshooting machine control systems.
Knowledge of OSHA Industrial Safety standards and practices.
Forklift certification required.
Ability to read blueprints and schematic diagrams.
Good communication/documentation skills in English.
Completion of 6 trainings: MST Maintenance Fundamentals, MST Mechanical Concepts, Pneumatic Controls, and in-house courses.
Basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive troubleshooting, repair and preventive maintenance and provide technical support.
Provide skilled labor and technical expertise to perform maintenance and repairs.
Independently diagnose and resolve a broad range of technical issues.
Collaborate with Equipment Planner and Continuous Improvement Technician.
Complete rebuild work orders independently.
Utilize maintenance EAM software to track work progress and materials.
Coordinate with Parts Room Coordinator to order parts efficiently.
Plan for predictive and preventive maintenance activities.
Participate in process development activities and projects.
Contribute to development of technical training materials.
Coordinate and execute defined continuous improvement projects.
