Job summary

Marvin is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician II to troubleshoot and repair production machinery, ensuring efficient operation with minimal supervision. This role emphasizes hands-on repair, equipment setup, and accurate documentation of maintenance activities across shifts.

You will interpret blueprints, perform basic welding and fabrication, and grow daily strategies to keep equipment running smoothly. A strong mix of preventive maintenance and problem-solving will be essential.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School diploma or GED.
• Minimum of three years related experience and/or training.
• Must be able to obtain forklift and aerial lift licenses.
• Knowledge of Enterprise Asset Management software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Associate’s degree in a related-technical field strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular inspections and repairs on production equipment and assist in machine repairs.
• Document repairs and PM maintenance using the plant's EAM system.
• Set up of new equipment; troubleshoot equipment using specialty tools.
• Interpret blueprints and part drawings to perform maintenance tasks.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
