Job summary

Milwaukee Tool is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to join our maintenance team in Olive Branch, MS. You will maintain mechanical, electrical, and robotic systems, perform TPM, and support continuous improvement initiatives in a fast-paced plant environment.

You will diagnose issues, repair motors and drives, operate CMMS, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure safe, efficient operations and minimal downtime.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 5+ years of maintenance experience in automated environments.
• Strong troubleshooting across mechanical, electrical, and control systems.
• Ability to read electrical schematics, blueprints, and manuals.
• Experience with installation, configuration, and deployment of automated equipment.

Responsibilities

• Comply with safety, LOTO, OSHA standards and policies.
• Diagnose, repair, and maintain motors, drives, hydraulics, pneumatics, and automated equipment.
• Operate and maintain forklifts, scissor lifts, power tools, and hand tools.
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on HVAC, compressors, water systems, and ventilation equipment.
• Document maintenance activities in CMMS and manage work orders.
• Support equipment installations, upgrades, relocations, and layout changes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve systemic failures.
• Respond quickly to faults or breakdowns to minimize downtime.
