WorldMark Moab Resort is seeking a Maintenance Technician II who thrives on hands-on problem solving. You’ll apply HVAC, electrical, and plumbing skills to guarantee every unit and building operates smoothly, repairing issues promptly and safely for our guests.

You’ll participate in preventative maintenance, document deficiencies, and work with a team to uphold our high standards of service. Travel + Leisure Co.

Qualifications

• Minimum familiarity with HVAC, electrical, and plumbing maintenance.
• Experience with preventative maintenance programs.
• Ability to perform repairs on building systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform HVAC, electrical, and plumbing maintenance and repairs.
• Replace components, troubleshoot faults, and ensure safety.
• Complete preventative maintenance programs on all systems.
• Inspect building systems and report deficiencies to supervisor.
