Job summary

Regal Rexnord is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician for our McAllen, TX facility. This onsite role focuses on repairing and maintaining production equipment, installing functional components, and performing preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.

The candidate will troubleshoot PLCs (Allen Bradley, Fanuc, Micrologix), repair electrical circuits, and work with hydraulics and pneumatics. Strong reading of schematics and a safety-first mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Able to repair and maintain complex machinery and production equipment.
• Experience reading blueprints, wiring diagrams, and schematics.
• Proficient in diagnosing PLCs and control circuits.
• Strong safety mindset and adherence to LO TO/Arc Flash protocols.
• Ability to communicate issues and coordinate parts with suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain machinery and production equipment.
• Install and maintain electrical equipment, motors, circuits, and control devices.
• Perform preventative maintenance and troubleshoot PLCs and sensors.
• Read complex drawings and schematics to diagnose problems.
• Coordinate parts with suppliers and document work orders.
