Job summary

Regal Rexnord is seeking a Maintenance Technician to repair and maintain production equipment in a manufacturing environment at our McAllen, TX facility. You will perform installation, preventative maintenance, troubleshoot PLCs, and coordinate parts with suppliers while documenting work orders.

Ideal candidates have 3-5 years of related experience, a high school diploma (AA preferred), and strong skills in electrical, hydraulics, pneumatics, and reading blueprints.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate degree (AA) or equivalent preferred.
• 3-5 years related experience and/or training; blueprint reading course.
• Ability to write reports and communicate effectively.
• Experience with tools, equipment, and machines commonly used in maintenance.
• Knowledge of electrical wiring, controls, and troubleshooting PLCs.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair PLCs (Allen Bradley, Fanuc, Micrologix).
• Maintain and repair electrical circuits, hydraulics and pneumatics.
• Install/maintain motors, starters, and circuit breakers.
• Read complex drawings and wiring diagrams for install/repair.
• Maintain documentation and work orders; contact suppliers for parts.
• Promote safety procedures (LOTO, Arc Flash, etc.).
