Job summary

MITER Brands in Gratz, PA seeks a Maintenance Tech to join a night shift team. You will maintain and repair plant equipment, troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems, and document work orders during the 11pm–7am shift on weekdays. Strong communication and PLC knowledge are a plus.

Preferred candidates have 2+ years in manufacturing maintenance, a technical or trade school background, and the ability to read schematics. Competitive hourly pay and advancement opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of maintenance experience in manufacturing.
• Basic understanding of industrial electricity.
• Knowledge of PLCs is a plus.
• Ability to read schematics and blueprints.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, troubleshoot, perform preventative maintenance, and repair equipment in assigned area.
• Document all work orders and maintenance tasks clearly.
• Coordinate with supervisor and other maintenance staff.
• Work with outside contractors on projects and improvements.
• Assist in training lower-skilled technicians when required.
