Job summary

Perdue Farms is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to keep production lines running at peak efficiency in a night-shift role (Mon-Fri, 10 PM–8 AM). You will install, troubleshoot, repair, modify and rebuild production machinery, and perform preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and drive continuous improvement.

The role offers a $10,000 hiring bonus payable in installments over your first year and requires 3–5 years of Industrial Maintenance experience, strong electrical/mechanical

Qualifications

• 3-5 years experience in Industrial Maintenance, troubleshooting and repairs on mechanical and electrical equipment.
• Intermediate proficiency in hydraulics, mechanics, electrical, welding and rigging.
• Must be able to demonstrate/achieve and maintain Maintenance Tech II proficiency within 10 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, repair, modify and rebuild production machinery and automated/electrical systems.
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to minimize downtime and support continuous improvement.
• Provide equipment maintenance, interventions, repairs and troubleshooting for complex mechanical/electrical systems.
• Respond to equipment breakdowns promptly and document findings in clear reports.
• Follow safety standards and quality protocols to ensure production exceeds standards.
