Marvin is hiring a Maintenance Technician II to analyze equipment, troubleshoot issues, and perform repairs with minimal supervision. The role emphasizes setup of new equipment, use of specialty tools, and adherence to safety and housekeeping standards.

The position requires 3+ years of related experience, forklift and aerial lift licenses, and familiarity with EAM software and MS Office; an associate degree is preferred. Hours are Mon-Thu 5:30AM-3:30PM, on-site in Fargo, ND.

Formación

• High School diploma/GED required.
• Minimum of three years related experience and/or training required.
• Must be able to obtain forklift and aerial lift platform licenses.
• Knowledge of Enterprise Asset Management software and the Microsoft Software Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.).
• Associate’s degree in a related-technical field is strongly preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Perform regular inspections and repairs on production equipment and assist in machine repairs.
• Document repairs and PM maintenance in the plant's work order system (EAM).
• Set up new equipment and troubleshoot using specialty tools; decide the most effective repair.
• Provide feedback to supervisors on maintenance status and email end-of-shift reports.
• Perform basic machinist tasks using a vertical mill and a lathe; interpret blueprints.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment; basic welding/fabrication knowledge.
