Job summary

Marvin in Fargo, ND is seeking a Maintenance Tech I for evening shifts to support production by troubleshooting equipment and performing repairs. You will document repairs and PM tasks in the EAM system, inspect machinery, and assist with setting up new equipment using basic tools.

Required are a high school diploma or GED and at least six months of related experience. forklift and aerial lift licenses are obtainable; knowledge of EAM and Microsoft Office is expected.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of six months related experience and/or training required.
• Must be able to obtain forklift and aerial lift platform licenses.
• Knowledge of Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) Software and the Microsoft Software Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
• No disciplinary action within the last six (6) months

Job Overview

The Maintenance Technician l will assume basic tasks relating to production. This position is responsible for assisting with troubleshooting equipment and making any necessary repairs.

Hours: Monday-Thursday 3:30PM-1:30AM

Highlights of your role

• Work efficiently with work order system (EAM) to document repairs and PM maintenance throughout the plant.
• Perform regular inspections and assist with repairs on any equipment in the facility.
• Assist in the set up of new equipment; troubleshoot equipment using basic tools.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Knowledge of pneumatics/hydraulics, electronics and controls
• Set up and assist with the setup of equipment
