Qualifications

• EPA Certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Repair, replace or install plumbing fixtures and appliances.
• Perform HVAC maintenance and repairs.
• Electrical repairs and installations including lighting and switches.
• General carpentry and drywall repair as needed.
• Ensure health and safety standards are met.
• Respond to resident service requests promptly.
