Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Maintenance Tech II to help ensure guest units and facilities are in excellent working order. You will apply HVAC, electrical, and plumbing skills to maintain safety, system reliability, and a high standard of property upkeep.

The role emphasizes customer service, teamwork, and independent work, with a focus on preventative maintenance and timely repairs across multiple resort and apartment-style properties.

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently or with others as needed.

Responsibilities

• Apply intermediate knowledge of facilities maintenance (HVAC, electrical, plumbing) as needed.
• Perform plumbing maintenance (pipes, drains, faucets, disposals, showers, Jacuzzi) with standard methods.
• Replace breakers, ballasts and electrical fixtures; identify and address hazards.
• Complete preventative maintenance programs on building systems (e.g., HVAC).
• Repair interior walls, wall coverings, ceilings; patching and painting as needed.
• Inspect building systems and report deficiencies to supervisor; follow safety programs.
