Hope Network NP in Michigan is seeking a Maintenance Tech II to keep facilities, equipment, and grounds safe, functional, and well‑maintained. You’ll perform carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, painting, and general repairs, while supporting equipment maintenance and managing work orders and cost estimates.

You will travel to Hope Network locations across Michigan to respond to maintenance requests, collaborate with staff and vendors, and uphold safety standards, HIPAA requirements, and

Formación

• 3+ years of maintenance, facilities, or related experience.
• Experience with electrical and plumbing repairs.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to travel independently throughout assigned service areas.
• Ability to safely operate hand tools, power tools, testing equipment, and material-handling equipment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks including bending, kneeling, and climbing ladders.
• Completion of required trainings, certifications, and credentials.

Responsabilidades

• Travel to Hope Network locations throughout Michigan to assess, troubleshoot, and complete maintenance and repair requests
• Perform a variety of facility repairs, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, flooring, and general building maintenance
• Conduct facility assessments and identify repair or safety concerns, communicating recommendations to leadership
• Support fire prevention and life safety efforts through inspections of extinguishers, smoke detectors, exits, doors, and related systems
• Assist with grounds maintenance, snow removal, equipment moves, and facility upkeep projects
• Maintain accurate work orders, documentation, cost estimates, inventory records, and purchasing information
• Coordinate with program staff, vendors, and supervisors to ensure timely completion of maintenance needs
• Adhere to safety standards, HIPAA requirements, company policies, and regulatory expectations
