Job summary

EssilorLuxottica is seeking a Maintenance Tech II for the ATL Lab Distribution Center. The role focuses on upkeep of facilities, general repairs, and support of production through maintenance of equipment.

Responsibilities include carpentry, painting, drywall, plumbing, electrical work, and preventive maintenance, with forklift and conveyor experience preferred. A high school diploma or GED is required, with 3+ years in distribution or facilities maintenance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 3+ years of distribution or facilities maintenance experience.
• Experience with carpentry, painting, drywall or plumbing.
• Coursework in building maintenance.
• Experience with conveyor systems and automation preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to lift up to 70 pounds and operate power tools safely.

Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces for painting and apply coatings.
• Repair doors, locks, drywall, and perform plumbing tasks.
• Install and finish carpentry and perform woodworking.
• Perform minor electrical work as needed.
• Coordinate stocking of inventory and order materials.
• Assemble and repair racking and assist with preventive maintenance.
• Troubleshoot equipment such as shipping lines and box erectors.
• Respond to management requests and perform additional duties.
