Has proven maintenance experience with a solid understanding of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, and general repairs.
Can independently diagnose and resolve most maintenance issues with minimal supervision.
Takes ownership of work orders and consistently delivers high-quality repairs.
Effectively prioritizes competing maintenance requests in a fast-paced environment.
Builds positive relationships with residents through professional communication and service.
Assists in training and supporting less experienced technicians as needed.
