Job summary

Pentair is hiring a Maintenance Technician II for the Delavan, WI facility. You will install, inspect, diagnose, repair, and maintain production and facility equipment with emphasis on preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.

The role includes troubleshooting electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, maintaining inventory, and assisting in training junior technicians. Shift is 1st, with opportunities for overtime and a hiring bonus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 3+ years of technical training or job-related experience.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics and technical documentation for maintenance.
• Proven preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and repair skills.
• Strong communication skills and basic math/computer proficiency.
• Reading and communicating in English; ability to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Complete preventive maintenance on CNC and injection molding equipment and test stands.
• Inspect buildings, equipment and systems to identify maintenance needs.
• Perform intermediate repairs including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry tasks.
• Troubleshoot and repair with minimal supervision and document activities.
• Maintain spare parts inventory and source components as needed.
• Participate in LEAN activities to reduce downtime and costs.
• Assist in training Junior Technicians and respond to maintenance requests.
