Qualifications

• 2–4 years of hands-on maintenance or technical experience.
• Experience with mechanical, electrical, or automated systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and preventive maintenance skills.

Responsibilities

• Independently maintain and repair production equipment, motors, conveyors, and pneumatic tools.
• Identify and resolve moderate to complex equipment failures with advanced diagnostic techniques.
• Develop and follow preventive maintenance schedules to keep equipment running efficiently.
• Ensure maintenance activities follow safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
