Job summary

Pratt Industries seeks a Maintenance Technician in Macungie, PA to maintain and repair equipment used to convert recycled paper into corrugated boxes for major customers. You will help ensure safe, reliable production and support a fast-paced manufacturing line.

The 6am–2pm shift runs Monday to Friday with competitive pay and strong growth opportunities. Training, benefits after 30 days, and a path to advanced maintenance roles are available.

Qualifications

• Troubleshooting of 3-Phase power/electricity.
• AC/DC Motors and Motor Starters.
• Gearboxes/Gear Reducers.
• Basic working knowledge of PLCs.
• Basic working knowledge of VFDs.
• Hydraulics.
• Pneumatic Systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair machinery involved in turning recycled paper into the 2-D version of a corrugated box.
• Ensure safe, efficient operations to get products to customers.
• Troubleshoot electrical/instrumentation issues and perform preventive maintenance.
• Collaborate with team to meet production goals and improve reliability.
