• Occasionally time-sensitive runs for the Health Center.
• Rounding to ensure the community is secured.
• IT support as needed.

Overview

Responsibilities

• General Maintenance Projects as assigned (appliance repair, light plumbing, painting, drywall repair, carpet cleaning, power washing, fire safety inspections, snow removal)
• Evening meal delivery
• Occasionally time‑sensitive runs for the Health Center as needed
• Rounding to ensure the community is secured
• IT support as needed

• Ability to perform routine maintenance tasks with excellent customer service skills
• Self‑motivated
• Ability to climb stairs and ladders and walk long distances
• Valid Ohio Driver’s License in good standing
• Must be licensed/certified in HVAC
