Qualifications

• Advanced maintenance knowledge across multiple systems (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry).
• Ability to develop, implement and monitor safety and ergonomic programs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safe and smooth-running hotel property and grounds.
• Ensure guests and team members have positive experiences.
• Repair plumbing, electrical, refrigeration, kitchen equipment, light carpentry, painting, and HVAC as needed.
• Develop and monitor safety programs in compliance with regulations.
• Keep detailed records and reports.
• Provide ongoing training to Maintenance Tech I team members.
• Collaborate with management on recruiting and scheduling.
• Provide courteous, friendly service to guests.
