Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent and equivalent experience.
• 0 - 3 Years experience in Industrial maintenance, troubleshooting and repairs on Mechanical and Electrical Equipment, and/or Equivalent Military Experience.
• Beginner proficiency in Hydraulics, Mechanics, Electrical, Welding and Rigging.
• Commitment to Continuous Learning to achieve increasing levels of expertise.
• Communicates effectively, both orally and in writing.
• 2-year Technical Degree in Engineering or Industrial Maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain equipment, troubleshoot issues, and perform routine inspections.
• Perform basic troubleshooting, repairs, and maintenance on mechanical and electrical equipment.
• Assist in equipment set up and production changeovers.
• Respond to equipment breakdowns, maintain records, and prepare reports.
• Follow safety standards and quality protocols to ensure production excellence.
• Collaborate with production associates to solve reliability issues with urgency.
• Report unusual, inefficient, or dangerous mechanical and electrical situations.
• Observe safety precautions to minimize exposure to hazards; learn company safety rules.
• Work all required schedules; day travel to nearby locations may be required.
