Job summary

Farmers Co-op Oil Company of Renville is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep our chain of convenience stores, car washes, and fuel pumps operating safely and efficiently. You will perform repairs, preventive maintenance, and oversee logistics for oil and additive deliveries, with typical hours 7:00–4:00, Monday to Friday, plus occasional evenings, weekends or holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of maintenance experience with car wash systems, fuel dispensers, HVAC, and building systems.
• High school diploma required; associate degree in mechanical/electrical fields or related experience considered.
• Availability for evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Must lift 50 lbs, stand long periods, and work in various weather conditions.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities.
• Valid driver's license with clean record and reliable transportation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication for reporting and coordination with staff and contractors.

Responsibilities
