Job summary

Aphena Pharma Solutions in Cookeville, TN is seeking a Maintenance Technician to troubleshoot and repair production and facility equipment on a 12‑hour rotating schedule.

You will perform preventive maintenance, set up and relocate equipment, and support production by training operators while following GMP standards. Strong electrical/mechanical/pneumatic/hydraulic skills and PLC troubleshooting are a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Maintenance apprenticeship, technical training, or equivalent experience preferred.
• Experience with single‑phase and three‑phase electrical systems is desirable.
• Basic computer skills and trouble‑shooting PLCs are beneficial.
• Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair production and facility equipment.

Salary Range: $23.00 - $27.50 Hourly

What You'll Do

• Troubleshooting and repairing production and facility equipment
• Performing preventive and predictive maintenance
• Installing, relocating, and setting up equipment
• Supporting production by assisting with equipment setup and training operators
• Troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
• Working with PLC‑controlled equipment (experience with PLCs and ladder logic is a plus)
• Maintaining accurate maintenance records
• Following all safety, quality, and GMP standards
• Working collaboratively with production and engineering teams to minimize downtime

Schedule
