Sabre Industries, Inc. is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to install, maintain, and troubleshoot hydraulic, mechanical, and pneumatic equipment in a manufacturing setting. The role requires strong math skills, ability to read schematics, and proficiency with gauging tools.

You will perform preventative maintenance, diagnose issues, replace components, and ensure safety while adhering to Lockout/Tagout procedures. Regular attendance and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• At least three years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Must read, write, and communicate in English.
• Able to read hydraulic, pneumatic, and structural schematics.
• Able to convert inch to metric.
• Able to use gauging equipment such as dial indicators, micrometers, feeler gauges.

Responsibilities

• Performs preventative maintenance and repairs on plant equipment and facilities.
• Diagnoses, tests, disassembles, inspects, repairs, and re-assembles hydraulic and pneumatic equipment.
• Performs skilled troubleshooting and servicing of pneumatic and hydraulic components.
• Replaces and adjusts mechanical clutches and drive systems.
• Repairs worn parts and fabricates fixtures (welding, cutting, brazing).
• Mentors junior personnel and records labor and materials for repairs.
