Job summary

Sabre Industries, Inc. is seeking an experienced maintenance technician in Iowa to install, maintain, and troubleshoot hydraulic, mechanical, and pneumatic equipment across our manufacturing sites.

You will diagnose and repair complex plant systems, ensuring uptime and safety across operations. We value engineers with at least three years of electrical experience in a manufacturing environment, the ability to read schematics, and a Journeyman millwright certification.

Qualifications

• At least three years in electrical experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and structural schematics.
• Strong reading, writing, and English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Performs preventative maintenance and repairs on all plant equipment and facilities.
• Diagnoses, tests, disassembles, inspects, repairs, and re-assembles equipment such as hydraulic cylinders, pneumatic components, cranes, electrical boards.
• Performs skilled troubleshooting of pneumatic and hydraulic components.
• Records labor and materials used for repairs.
• Safe operation of lift equipment and adherence to Lockout/Tagout.
