The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of maintenance experience, EPA licensure, hands-on HVAC skills, and a valid driver’s license. On-call duties and off-site work are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of maintenance experience, preferably in property management.
• EPA licensure is required.
• Hands-on expertise with HVAC systems.
• Ability to participate in on-call rotations for emergencies.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to and from work, ability to go off-site.
• Provide own hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned work orders promptly and efficiently.
• Perform routine maintenance and preventive upkeep on HVAC systems.
• Prepare apartments for new residents and punch lists.
• Collaborate with maintenance and office teams to uphold property standards.
• Maintain curb appeal and provide excellent resident service.
• All other duties as assigned.
