Qualifications

• 5+ years of maintenance experience, preferably in student housing or multi-family properties.
• Knowledge of general maintenance methods and processes.
• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification, or ability to attain within the first 3 months.

• Diagnose and repair HVAC systems.
• Support vendor coordination and supervise work quality.
