Job summary

PM hotel group is seeking a Maintenance Technician for the Hilton Garden Inn Opryland location. The role covers a broad range of hotel equipment maintenance, from electrical and plumbing to HVAC and guest room systems.

You’ll balance multiple tasks, diagnose issues, and implement timely fixes to minimize downtime, with opportunities to ensure safety procedures and proper chemical handling are followed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year of trade-related training in mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, or building maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Repair electrical, plumbing, heating, cooling, and refrigeration equipment with minimal downtime.
• Install and replace light fixtures and bulbs.
• Perform scheduled inspections and fix equipment malfunctions.
• Ensure safe handling/storage of chemicals and hazardous materials; complete required reporting.
• Secure building by monitoring security systems and maintaining access controls.
