HOME2 SUITES NOBLESVILLE (J ENTERPRISES INN OF SAXONY LLC) is seeking a dependable Maintenance Technician to care for the hotel's facilities, guest rooms, and public areas, ensuring a safe and pleasant stay for guests. You will perform routine repairs, preventative work, and respond promptly to maintenance requests across the property, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repairs.

Qualifications

• Prior maintenance experience preferred.
• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and building repairs.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and repairs throughout the hotel.
• Complete preventative maintenance on guest rooms, hallways, and public areas.
• Troubleshoot and repair basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and mechanical issues.
• Repair doors, locks, furniture, drywall, and fixtures.
• Maintain swimming pool and other hotel amenities, as applicable.
• Respond promptly to guest room maintenance requests.
• Inspect equipment and building systems for safety and proper operation.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe maintenance areas.
• Assist with painting, minor renovations, and property improvement projects.
• Follow all hotel safety procedures and maintenance standards.
• Complete maintenance logs and work orders accurately.

Position Summary

We are seeking a dependable, skilled, and motivated Maintenance Technician to join our hotel team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the hotel's facilities, guest rooms, equipment, and common areas to ensure a safe, comfortable, and pleasant experience for our guests.

The Maintenance Technician will perform routine repairs, preventative maintenance, and general upkeep throughout the property while responding promptly to maintenance requests.
