Job summary

Circle-E Facility & Home Services seeks a hands-on maintenance technician/handyman to service commercial, industrial, and residential client sites. You will perform carpentry, drywall, painting and flooring repairs, provide estimates, and interact directly with clients to understand their needs.

Typical hours are Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM with occasional on-call; payday is Friday; you can be dispatched from home to various locations as part of a trusted, award-winning family company

Qualifications

• Experience as a handyman or maintenance technician performing general maintenance tasks.
• Ability to interact directly with clients and understand their needs.
• Familiarity with carpentry, drywall, painting, and flooring repairs.

Responsibilities

• Dispatch to client locations from home and travel to sites.
• Work Mon–Fri 8:00–17:00 with occasional on-call duties.
• Perform repairs and provide estimates for carpentry, drywall, painting and flooring.

In this role, you will directly interact with clients, showcasing your craftsmanship in carpentry, drywall, painting and flooring repairs by performing repairs, providing estimates, and engaging in meaningful conversations about the clients’ needs.
